Description: Meditation is not a retreat from life. In this guided meditation, Dr Don Moss leads us in a discipline for clearing our lenses, that we may live and experience each moment, that we may hear the summons that come to us in our lives, the summons to live fully, to love with depth, and sometimes to fight.

As a service to our larger community, Saybrook University is offering a daily mindful moment through July, beginning at 12:13 PM Eastern/9:13 AM Pacific. Designed to be 15 minutes in length, our Mind-Body Medicine faculty have banded together to provide these sessions as a source of centering and solace in these extraordinary times.
