Description: Dr. Dorianne Cotter-Lockard guides us in a mindfulness meditation during which we become aware of multiple aspects related to a mandarin orange. This awareness increases our appreciation for the food we eat and gives us the ability to be fully present in relation to that which nourishes us.

As a service to our larger community, Saybrook University is offering a daily mindful moment through July, beginning at 12:13 PM Eastern/9:13 AM Pacific. Designed to be 15 minutes in length, our Mind-Body Medicine faculty have banded together to provide these sessions as a source of centering and solace in these extraordinary times.
